Eclipse svn: This client is too old to work with working copy

Filed under: eclipse — techteam @ 1:54 am

Got this error in eclipse, I have the lastest version of svn on my machine (MacBook) and can update and commit in the command line. Went to Eclipse, Preferences, Typed SVN in the search bar. Change SVN Interface setting from JavaHL(JNI) to SVNKit(PureJava) and that now allows me to update and commit again in eclipse.

  1. Thank you. I had the same problem with ZendStudio for Eclipse on Fedora Core 9 and it was driving me crazy :-)
