Introductory Blog, created for the Open content licensing for educators (OCL4Ed) micro Open Online Course facilitated by the UNESCO OER Chair network in support of capability for the UNESCO 2012 PARIS OER Declaration. The mOOC carries credit towards the Open Education Practice elective of the Graduate Diploma in Tertiary Education at Otago Polytechnic.
